Hi, I’m Charlie — Padel Coach, Babolat Ambassador & Financial Thinker
I’ve been coaching padel and Tennis professionally in the UK for over 12 years, and I’m proud to be a Babolat ambasador — one of the world’s leading racket sport brands. I play padel every week, coach players of all levels, and I genuinely love the sport.
PadelFinance.blog started because I couldn’t find anyone writing honestly about both sides of padel — the gear you actually need, and the smart financial moves that go alongside it. So I built it myself.
When I recommend a racket, it’s because I’ve played with it — not because I read a spec sheet. When I write about ISAs or savings accounts, it’s because I think UK players should be as smart about their money as they are about their game.
Everything on this site is written from real experience. I’m not a financial adviser and I’ll always say so clearly. But I can point you towards the information and products I think are genuinely worth your time.
